Most common issue

Recording won't start? Re-allow the microphone.

If you tapped Block, the browser remembers it. VetAI cannot record until you switch the microphone back to Allow. It takes a few taps.

  1. 1Click the lock (or sliders) icon at the left of the address bar.
  2. 2Find Microphone and switch it to Allow.
  3. 3Reload the page, then tap Record again.
  4. 4Safari on Mac: Safari menu, Settings for This Website, set Microphone to Allow.
