Billable items on a consult

The Billing tab on a note lists chargeable items VetAI heard during the visit.

What it does

Suggests billable items (each with the quote it came from) so nothing is missed. Nothing is ever invoiced automatically - it is a checklist for you.

How to use it

• Open the Billing tab to see suggested items.
• Edit an item's wording, remove ones you do not want, or add your own.
• Copy list to paste the charges into your practice software.

Turn it on

Auto-billing is a toggle in Settings under Note quality & billing; amounts show in your chosen currency.
