Working with your SOAP note

The Note tab holds the structured SOAP note: Subjective, Objective, Assessment and Plan.

What it does

Writes each section from what was actually said, in your units and preferred style, and marks it clearly as an AI draft for you to review.

How to use it

• Tap any section to edit it - changes save automatically when you tap away.
• Copy note puts the whole note on your clipboard, ready to paste into your PIMS.
• Print / PDF opens a clean, printable version (use your browser's Save as PDF).
• For a multi-pet visit, use the per-pet sub-tabs to see the combined note or each animal's own note.

Compliance phrases

If you set standing opening/closing lines in Settings, they wrap the note automatically so every record reads consistently.
