Most issues fix themselves or are one tap away.

A note is taking a long time

Long or "record more" notes can take a little longer. VetAI keeps working and retries automatically; if it still stalls, open the note and tap Retry now. Your recording is always safe.

Processing failed

Tap Retry on the note. If it keeps failing, the recording is still stored - contact support and we will help.

The mic will not start

Allow microphone access in your browser, then tap to record again. On iOS, make sure the browser has microphone permission in Settings.

The transcript looks wrong

Diarization is a best-effort draft. Teach VetAI a spelling from the Transcript tab, or use Report an issue. Remember the Verify tab, not the speaker labels, is what keeps the note safe.
