Teaching VetAI your words

You can teach VetAI the language of your practice so notes come out right the first time.

What it does

• Spellings - spell drug names, staff and breeds carefully, and fix common mis-hearings.
• Custom vocabulary - rewrite a spoken phrase as your shorthand.
• Clinic memory - standing context like staff names and your currency.

How to use it

• Open Settings under Note quality & billing to add words, vocabulary and memory.
• Or teach a spelling straight from a note's Transcript tab: tap the line menu and choose Teach a spelling.

Good to know

What you teach applies to future notes, not past ones.
