Integrations and your PIMS

VetAI works with any practice management system.

What it does

• Manual - copy any note, summary or document and paste it into your PIMS.
• Webhooks - VetAI pushes each finished note to a URL you control, signed so you can verify it came from us.
• Pull API - fetch your notes programmatically with an API key.

How to use it

• Open Settings under Integrations.
• For webhooks, add your endpoint URL and enable it; use the signing secret to verify each request.
• For the API, create a key and use it to list and read consults.
• To connect a specific PIMS, copy-paste is always available as a fallback.

Good to know

Keep API keys and webhook secrets private; you can rotate or disable them any time.
