Documents: discharge, referral, callback, estimate

The Documents tab turns a consult into formal documents.

What it does

• Discharge instructions - a take-home sheet for the owner: medicines, home care, warning signs and when to return.
• Referral letter - a formal letter summarising the case for a colleague or specialist.
• Callback note - a follow-up-call note to file: reason, what was discussed, the owner response, and the next step.
• Treatment plan / estimate - an itemised list of the services and medications from the visit, each line left blank for you to price in your practice software. It never invents prices or items.

How to use it

• Open the Documents tab and tap Generate for the document you need.
• Edit the text - it saves automatically - then Copy or Print / PDF.
• For discharge instructions you can also Email owner.
• Tap Regenerate to rewrite a document from the consult.

Good to know

Every document is built only from this consult, never invented. Each generated document counts as one generation against your allowance.
