Dental charts (COHAT)

The Dental tab turns a spoken oral exam / COHAT into a modified-Triadan dental chart.

What it does

Maps each finding you call out (fracture, resorptive lesion, periodontal stage, gingivitis, calculus, mobility, extraction) to the correct tooth on a dog or cat chart, and backs every finding with a verbatim quote - the same trust model as Verify.

How to use it

• Open the Dental tab on a finished note and tap Generate dental chart.
• Teeth with findings are highlighted. Tap a tooth to see or edit its finding; tap an empty tooth to add one.
• Toggle Dog / Cat if the species is wrong, add whole-mouth findings, then Copy chart.
• Everything is an editable draft you sign off.

Good to know

It only charts what the exam actually states - it never invents a tooth or finding. Building the chart counts as one generation.
