Your data, retention and deletion

You are in control of your data.

What you can do

• Export every note as JSON from Settings under Your data.
• Auto-delete recordings after 7, 30, 90 or 365 days - the written note is always kept.
• Delete your whole account (and all recordings and notes). This cannot be undone.

How to use it

• Open Settings under Recording & privacy to set retention, and Your data to export or delete.
• Deleting a single note removes it and its audio; deleting your account removes everything.

Good to know

Our admin analytics never include clinical content - only usage metadata (plan, generations, cost, status).
