Clinics and team members

A clinic lets a team share consults and patients and bill under one plan.

What it does

• Pools your generation allowance across the team - everyone is billed under the owner's plan.
• Optionally shares all notes across the clinic, or keeps each vet's notes private.

Roles

• Owner (the clinic admin) - the only person who can add or remove members, change settings, transfer ownership or delete the clinic.
• Member - records and works on notes; cannot add others or see the join link.

How to use it (owner)

• In Settings under Team / clinic, name your clinic to create it.
• Invite a vet by email, or share your join link.
• Toggle whether members see all clinic notes.
• Transfer ownership, or remove a member, at any time.

Team-member limits

Each plan includes a set number of extra seats (Growth +2, Pro +4, Scale +10; Trial and Starter are solo). The invite shows seats used against your cap.

Already on a paid plan?

If a vet already has their own paid subscription, they must cancel it before joining a clinic - otherwise they would be billed twice. VetAI blocks the join until they do.
