Client summaries

The Client summary tab holds a warm, jargon-free recap of the visit for the pet owner.

What it does

Rewrites the clinical note into language an owner understands, in their language if you set one.

How to use it

• Open the Client summary tab and edit the text if you want - it saves automatically.
• Copy puts it on your clipboard.
• Email owner sends it straight to the owner's address.
• Share uses your device's share sheet (or copies it if sharing is unavailable).

Good to know

Set the summary language in Settings under Note quality & billing. Like everything else, it is a draft to review before sending.
