Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VetAI Docs ("VetAI"), a product of Olee AI LLC, at vetai.cc. By creating an account or using VetAI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VetAI is an AI clinical-scribe tool that turns a recorded veterinary consultation into a structured draft record (a SOAP note, a client summary, a verification checklist and related outputs).
Drafts only - your professional responsibility
VetAI produces DRAFTS to assist you. It is not a medical device and does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment decisions. As the licensed veterinarian (or authorised staff), you are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every note, dose, and billing item before you rely on or act on it. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; always verify against the recording, a current formulary, and your own clinical judgement. VetAI defers to you and never replaces your judgement.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be a qualified veterinary professional or authorised member of a veterinary practice, and at least 18 years old. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Consent and lawful use
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record a consultation, for informing clients, and for complying with the laws and professional and record-keeping obligations that apply to you.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access; no reselling the service; and no abuse of usage limits or automated scraping beyond your own integration.
Plans, billing and cancellation
VetAI offers a free trial and paid monthly or annual subscriptions with recording-minute allowances, billed through Stripe. Yearly billing is offered at a discount to the monthly price. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled as set out in our Refund Policy: fees for the current or a used period are not refunded, and cancelling stops future renewals. We may change prices; any price change takes effect from your next billing cycle and we will notify you before it applies.
How we count usage
Recording time counts against your plan's allowance in whole minutes. Any part-minute is rounded up to the next full minute, so every recording is counted as at least one minute - even a single second of recording is counted as one full minute of your allowance.
Custom plans and requests
You may request a custom plan or bespoke option (for example a larger minute allowance or a specific feature). Any such request is accepted at the sole discretion of Olee AI LLC and only where we consider it feasible ("doable"). Whether a request is possible, its scope, price and delivery timeline - including any development time required - is determined solely by Olee AI LLC. We may accept, modify or decline any request, and nothing here obliges us to build or provide a custom option or to meet any particular timeframe.
Your content and ownership
You retain ownership of your recordings and the records you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content only to provide the service to you. We own VetAI itself - the software, design and brand.
Availability
We work to keep VetAI available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made using VetAI output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olee AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olee AI LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service, your clinical decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using VetAI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Olee AI LLC at its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
