Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of your agreement with Olee AI LLC for VetAI Docs. It explains when fees are and are not refundable.
No refund for the current or used period
Subscription fees are billed in advance for a period (a month or a year). Once a billing period has started, that period is not refundable, whether or not you have used all of your recording minutes. Recording minutes are counted in whole minutes, with any part-minute rounded up to the next full minute - even a single second of recording is counted as one full minute. This includes the current month of a monthly plan and the current year of an annual plan.
You can cancel to stop future charges
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid in advance for the year and are not refundable for the remaining months once the year has started. Cancelling an annual plan stops it from renewing at the end of the current year.
Free trial
The free trial is free and involves no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.
Exceptions
Where a mandatory consumer or other law gives you a refund right that cannot be excluded, that right applies despite this policy. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will investigate.
Price changes
If we change the price of your plan, the change applies only from your next billing cycle and we notify you before it takes effect, so you can cancel first if you do not wish to continue.
