Acceptable Use Policy

Use VetAI lawfully and professionally

Use VetAI only for legitimate veterinary work, in line with the law and your professional and record-keeping obligations. Obtain any consent needed to record a consultation and to inform clients.

Do not

Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content, or content you have no right to use.

Record or process human patient health information; VetAI is for veterinary use.

Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the models or source of the service.

Resell, sublicense or share your account, or exceed or circumvent usage limits and rate limits.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or probe its security without authorisation.

Use VetAI to build or train a competing product or service.

Fair use

Recording allowances are per plan and are counted in whole minutes: any part-minute is rounded up to the next full minute, so even a single second of recording is counted as one full minute of your allowance. Automated or bulk use beyond your own integration, or use designed to degrade the service for others, is not permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, remove offending content, and suspend or terminate accounts. Report abuse to support@vetai.cc.
